The test born from the idea of the arch. Donatella Diolaiti, GreenDesign LabPlus, made to grow from Dr. Iris Visentin LEED AP+B+C, and designed by Ing. Davide Copelli  QualityNet , co-founder of GREENiTop.com, the Community of companies and products that support LEED®),  is a tool designed to facilitate designers and clients in the design phase of a sustainable building. Those who work with a sustainability rating system such as the LEED certification, know very well that the most challenging phase, the real obstacle, occurs at the start of the game, when one enters this sector and is known on a superficial level and does not yet have the experience to know if and how the project you are working on has the characteristics to be certified.

GreenITEST solves brilliantly this problem

LANDSCAPEBIM is an innovative and original operating methodology able to optimize the processes of territorial planning and management according to the most modern and validated urban planning theories.

LANDSCAPEBIM is an interoperable digital platform that consists of modeling information from more characters that make up the local landscape or other data relating to the territory of a community. The digital structure is based on minimum environmental units referred to the components of the Transect Strategy, which divides the real territory into different homogeneous sections. The tool is able to build multiple planning scenarios based on certain targeting objectives (how to improve the efficiency of urban mobility or the containment of CO2 production within specific thresholds dictated by PAESC). The tool can also work for

assessments of economic - environmental - social sustainability based on specific simulations of urban intervention, applicable through the modification of one or more parameters. The innovative aspect of the tool is to be malleable and accessible in a selected way, according to different types of users: from the public administrator to the professional technician, from non-governmental organizations to individual citizens
